Board of Directors

The Health District is governed by a five-person board of directors whose members serve staggered terms. Directors are elected at large from the community. Elections are held every two years in odd-numbered years, and terms are four years.

The public is welcome to attend meetings of the Health District board of directors.

Meetings are held at the Health District offices at 120 Bristlecone Drive, Fort Collins, unless otherwise noted. Meetings are also available virtually by Zoom webinar. You must register in advance for virtual meetings. Information on how to register and connect is on the agenda. A link to a videorecording of the meeting will be posted to the meeting schedule web page, usually within a day.

Draft meeting agendas are posted prior to the board meeting. Regular meetings are held on fourth Tuesdays, 5:30 p.m. Special meetings are held as needed.

Additional meetings may be scheduled at other times and locations. Special meetings are canceled if there are no agenda items. Occasionally meeting dates and/or times are changed due to scheduling conflicts; please call 970-224-5209 or check this website to confirm.
